innogy SE is a European energy company. With its three business areas of Renewables, Grid & Infrastructure as well as Retail, it addresses the requirements of a modern, decarbonised, decentralised and digital energy world. The focus of innogy SE’s activities is on offering existing and potential customers innovative and sustainable products and services which enable them to use energy more efficiently and improve their quality of life.
The key markets are Germany, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Belgium and several countries in Central Eastern and South Eastern Europe, especially the Czech Republic, Hungary and Poland. In renewable power generation, the company is also active in other regions, e.g. Spain and Italy. The new subsidiary of RWE AG started operations on 1 April 2016. On 29 June 2016, the name of the European stock company was announced: innogy. The innogy brand name is a symbiosis of the terms innovation, energy and technology.


Ista is one of the world’s leading companies in improving the energy efficiency of buildings. With our products and services, we help to sustainably save energy, CO2 and costs. Ista specialises here in submetering, i.e. in the individual recording, billing, and transparent visualisation of energy consumption data for multi-family residential buildings and commercial real estate. As the basis for this, we utilise a portfolio of state-of-the-art hardware components for energy data management. These include radio-based heating cost distributors, water meters, heat meters, and corresponding installation systems. Furthermore, with radio-based smoke alarms and drinking water analysis, Ista makes a significant contribution to tenant safety. Ista employs more than 5,100 people in 24 countries worldwide, and generated a turnover of 810.4 million euros in 2015.

Nissan Center Europe

The Japanese car manufacturer Nissan has been active in Germany for more than 40 years. Today Nissan Center Europe GmbH, located in Bruehl near Cologne, is responsible for all activities in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The wide product portfolio includes not only the iconic compact car “Micra” but also the segment defining crossover cars Juke and Qashqai, transporters like the NV400, or the super sports car Nissan GT-R . Nissan also is the global leader in electric mobility. Nissan Leaf is the first mass-produced EV in the world. With a market share of almost 50 percent in its segment, it is the top-selling EV of all times. Thanks to competitive product and quality strategies Nissan continuously increases sales and is the number one Japanese importer in Germany.
